The STAR WARS MINUTE is a daily podcast that humorously analyzes, scrutinizes and celebrates the STAR WARS saga one minute at a time. Each episode is devoted to spending 20 minutes or so discussing a single minute from the movies--every single minute, in order. We got through all 122 minutes of STAR WARS (A NEW HOPE) in 2013, covered THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK in 2014 and are currently examining RETURN OF THE JEDI (and, yes, we even devoted two live episodes to the STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL!).  STAR WARS MINUTE is not affiliated with Lucasfilm or Disney.

Join the co-hosts of the famous Star Wars Minute podcast and their special guests as they analyze, scrutinize and celebrate the virtually-forgotten 1984 TV movie An Ewok Adventure: Caravan of Courage!

When a family's spacecraft crashes on the forest moon of planet Endor, teenage son Mace (Eric Walker) and his little sister, Cindel (Aubree Miller), find themselves separated from their parents. Soon these lost children encounter the Ewoks, the small and furry warriors who call the moon home. With the help of these adorable yet fearless natives, brother and sister set out on a quest to rescue their parents from the grip of a vicious monster known as the Gorax.

Dan McCoy is an Emmy-winning writer for The Daily Show With Jon Stewart. He created, animated, co-wrote, and co-voiced the webseries 9 AM Meeting which won an MTV development deal at the 2010 New York Television Festival. He’s performed and written for several live comedy shows in New York city including the sketch show “Mr. Whitepants’ Comedy Hour,” and the talk shows “Sara Schaefer is Obsessed With You” (Back Stage Best Bet 2005, ECNY Winner, NY Post Hot List) and “The Primetime Kalan,” hosted by Elliott Kalan. He’s also an (infrequent/reluctant) stand-up comic. Dan was a regular contributor to such quixotically paper-based NY humor magazines as Jest and Whim Quarterly. His sketches have been heard on the Seattle public radio program Rewind, and NPR’s Morning Edition, and his work has appeared online on Slate, Modern Humorist, and Gawker.  He lives in Brooklyn with his cat and his wife, not in that order.

Stuart Wellington was born in Indiana, USA to Mark and Shelley Wellington. He did poorly in grammar school and went on to an undistinguished career at Earlham College. One day everything changed. He found a magical amulet in an old trunk that was once owned by his great grandfather. It turns out that Stuart is the last remaining member of an ancient royal family of some bullshit fantasy world. Only he can set right what is wrong, and cast the Dark One back into the Abyss. Instead, he is going to spend his time watching shitty movies and eating hamburgers. The End?

Jenny Jaffe is a New York based comedy writer and performer whose credits include staff writing positions at CollegeHumor and MTV. She is the host of the monthly variety show Camp Time with Jenny Jaffe at the PIT. Otherwise, that would be a really weird name for that show to have. She holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she was a member of (and later director of)Hammerkatz. She’s from California, lives in Manhattan, and knows she’ll inevitably wind up in Brooklyn.
