La Casa Azul Bookstore and Women in Comics NYC Collective International is proud to present "Sheroes: An Exhibition of Women Comic Book Artists"; a two month long gallery show celebrating the artwork of local female creatives that work in the comic book industry. To kick off the event, they are hosting a reception and panel discussion which will discuss their art pieces in the show as well as their artistic process. Admission is free, no need to RSVP in advance.
